SPIRAEA NIP SNOWMOUND
Grower Notes:

Spiraea nipponica 'Snowmound' is commonly referred to as Snowmound Spirea. It is a dwarf, slightly arching, deciduous flowering shrub with an abundance of pure white flowers in May that attract butterflies. This rapidly growing Spirea can reach 3-4 feet in height with an equal spread and becomes more dense and mounding with age. It blooms on new wood so pruning should be in late winter or early spring, as needed.

Snowmound Spirea is easy to grow and thrives in full sun in rich, evenly moist, well-drained soils. It is ideal for borders, hedges and foundation plantings.
